Project Scope

Graycor recently completed the renovation of the historic, century-old building which included 149 guestrooms and lobby, indoor pool and spa, a fully-equipped business center, a state-of-the art fitness center, the addition of The Bistro café, outdoor patio and The Market, a 24/7 grab-and-go shop. The property which now offers high-speed wireless internet access also features more than 2,400 SF of meeting space among four meeting rooms. The hotel renovations took place while the hotel maintained operations and provided uninterrupted service to its guests.
