Project Scope

Graycor Industrial’s team removed and replaced the induced-draft fan hub and axial blades at the 585-megawatt Unit 5’s North ID fan. The project included installation of outlet expansion joints.

Unit 5 at AEP’s Muskingum River Plant—a large, five-unit, coal-fired power generation facility—was the last of the five units to retire in May 2015.
